Shipping & Delivery
We process your order on business days from Monday to Friday. Usually an order is handed over to DHL (Germany) or UPS (other countries) the next business day. Orders received before 11:30 am are usually shipped the same day. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking code. You can track your ordered products on the websites of DHL and UPS.
Shipping costs: For orders over EUR 100 shipping is free of charge; we merely charge our own fee of EUR 5.90. This applies equally for all countries.
Switzerland: We also deliver orders over EUR 100 free of charge to Switzerland. During ordering, the German VAT is deducted from the invoice amount. Please note that you have to pay the Swiss VAT, and, where applicable, duty and additional taxes upon receipt of the goods.
For prepaid orders please note that it usually takes three or four days until payment is received and booked.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
Our IT systems are always up-to-date and protected, your personal information is only recorded via encrypted SSL connections.
We don’t record and save your payment information (credit card information, bank information) in our systems at all. This information is just saved in the systems of large payment service providers like PayPal or Sofortüberweisung.de, where it is very safe.
The items are shipped in nondescript packaging.
Return & Cancellation Policy
The fast majority of customers are very satisfied with our products. If it so happens that something is not as you expected, it goes without saying that you have the legal right to return items within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You can simply return the undamaged and unopened products to us without stating a reason.
We will reimburse you the shipping costs.
We are unable to accept and reimburse any opened and damaged packages because legally speaking the items are food.
